What Kabalit is

Kabalit helps you keep receipts, track products together with their warranty information, and keep an encrypted copy of important personal documents. It is a record-keeping tool.

Your account

You need an account to use Kabalit, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. Kabalit is intended for adults managing their own records.

You may only upload content you have the right to store, and you may not use the service to store unlawful material.

Your content stays yours

Everything you upload remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your files, display them back to you, process them when you use a feature such as Auto Fill, and export them at your request.

You should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Kabalit is designed as an additional, organised copy of your records, not as your only backup.

Auto Fill

Auto Fill reads your receipt using an external AI provider and fills in details such as merchant, date and amount. It is a convenience, and it can be wrong — dates, totals and warranty wording are misread often enough to matter.

Check the values before relying on them for reimbursement, tax, a warranty claim or anything else that counts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own records.

Product warranties

Kabalit organises information about the things you bought and the warranty terms you record or that Auto Fill extracts.

Kabalit does not provide, underwrite or guarantee any warranty. A date or status shown in the app is a note about your own record — it is not a determination of what your seller or manufacturer actually covers. Your warranty is governed entirely by whoever provided it.

Reminders

Where Kabalit shows an upcoming date, treat it as a convenience rather than a guarantee. Do not rely on Kabalit as your only reminder for a deadline that matters to you.

Receipts, tax and accounting

Receipts in Kabalit are useful for reimbursement, personal records, and giving an accountant what they need. Kabalit organises and exports them.

Kabalit is not an accountant, a tax adviser, or tax filing software, and it does not decide whether an expense is deductible. Those judgements remain yours and your adviser’s.

Important documents

Important documents are stored encrypted, separately from receipts, and opening one requires an additional verification step. They are not sent to our AI provider — see the Privacy Policy for how that boundary works.

Plans and limits

Kabalit has a free plan and paid plans. The free plan currently includes up to 15 documents. Current prices, storage limits and Auto Fill allowances are shown on the pricing page, and may change for new subscribers.

Paid subscriptions are not available at the moment. If and when they are, we will make the terms of purchase and renewal clear at the point of sale.

If a paid plan ends

Nothing is deleted because a subscription lapses. Your receipts, products and documents stay accessible, and you can still view, edit, export and delete them.

What stops is adding new items beyond the free plan’s limit, and the features reserved for paid plans.

Availability

We work to keep Kabalit running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the service or other users.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings, at any time, without asking us. Deletion is permanent. The Privacy Policy describes exactly what is removed.

Limits of liability

Kabalit is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from inaccurate extracted data, a missed deadline, or your reliance on a record you did not verify.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
